magnolia easter/spring lantern

I wanted to make something lovely to hang up on display for easter this year so I thought I'd do a lantern.
I have used a range of mangolia easter images...they are all so cute and coloured them with my much loved copic markers. I really enjoyed making this lantern and I hope you like it too....There is a candle on the inside of the lantern which would look lovely lit up of a night time ;-)
I used lots of ribbons and lace on this project along with some beautiful flowers.

 There's a chicken in there breaking out of his shell to celebrate along with tilda in her shell.....

    WOW I have come to your blog from Mad for Markers and after having a look through I can say that I love your style. You go so far beyond with each project whether that be creating a scence on a card and a gorgeous beyond the page project like this one. Very inspirations.
