Thanks a melon....!!

Hey friends.... 

I have a slimline card to share today featuring a juicy watermelon theme using the Melon friends stamp set by Gerda Steiner designs!!

To create this card I started with a base of watercolour cardstock and masked off the bottom half so I could create an inked piece using Martini ink from Catherine Pooler....

Once I had the colour down I stamped on the fabulous watermelon border design from Melon friends using Versa Claire black ink and then gave it a splatter with CPD Midnight ink!!

I coloured in the super cute Dino eating his watermelon with Parkoo alcohol markers and added him to the card base using foam tape for dimensions....

A WOW! Gold embossed sentiment on black cardstock then fussy cut and some sequins finished the card off!!

Most wonderful time of the year....!!

 Hey everyone....

I have a card to share with you using some awesome products from WOW! Embossing to create a stencilled Christmas card ready for the festive season!!

To create this card I started with a base of watercolour cardstock and used the WOW! Forest stencil with Catherine Pooler inks to create a layer of trees...

I started with the lightest colour green ink and moved the stencil down each time when going to the next depth of green ink making a forest!!

CPD  ink colours used are :

 - Green tea

 - Eucalyptus

 - Spruce

I then went on to use the sentiment stamp It's the most wonderful time of the year with some WOW! Metallic silver sparkle embossing powder embossed on black cardstock that I then fussy cut once heated with my WOW! dual heat tool and added to the forest scene with foam tape for a bit of dimension...

To finish the card of I added a small touch of clear sequins attached using micro glue dots.

Watermelon....!!

 Hey friends...

Today my little note card uses the super sweet stamp set "Melon friends" from Gerda Steiner designs...

To create this card I created a note card sized base using some Catherine Pooler Dies and cut the main base using watercolour cardstock. I stamped three lots of the watermelons using a waterproof black ink and then watercolored them using Karin brush markers!!

I then added an embossed sentiment using Gold WOW! powder on black cardstock and fussy cut it out before adding to the card with foam tape. I then finished it all off with a touch of sequins...

A sweet little card to send to a friend!!

More creative fun with Global adventure....!!

Hey crafty friends... 

I have a couple more cards to share with you that I made using the new release at Catherine Pooler "Global adventure"!!

For this first card I used the beautiful background stamp "Folk floral" and heat embossed it with WOW! pale gold rich embossing powder over an ink blended background of the six new Luxe CPD ink colours!!

Ohhhh these new ink colours have my heart, they are SO pretty!! You are totally going to be seeing these colours used on my projects on a regular basis hehe....

My next card is a little notecard using the smaller images from the "We fit" stamp set and coloured in using Parkoo shop alcohol markers!!

I used the "Notecard layers" die and some pattern paper from the "Across the globe" pattern papers pack to create my notecard base....

Club Canvo NOVEMBER spreads....!!

Hey friends...

I'm stopping by tonight with my Canvo spreads to share with you that I have prepped and ready for November journalling!!

To create these spreads I used all the products included in the latest shipment of Club Canvo from Catherine Pooler Designs....

(Stamp sets included in this shipment are Woodland wonder and November gratitude)

I had fun creating this sweet little fall Cover page for November, a pumpkin garden scene!!

For my next spread I did a month calendar to write small notes or appointments to remember for each day and added lots of stamped images surrounding it....

 of course all the stamping and inking is done using my CPD inks!!

Next spread is a page too write all the things I'm grateful for....

For my last spread for the month I did boxes for journalling any type of notes and added on a small calendar so I can check on any day/date that I need to know quickly while writing!!

These club Canvo goodies were so fun and oh so cute.... 

There is only one more Club Canvo shipment and then unfortunately it will be the last.

Autumn sparkles from WOW!

 Hi friends...

I have an autumn inspired card to share featuring beautiful sparkles and earth sparkles from WOW! embossing!!

I love adding a bit of bling to my cards and you certainly can't go past the glitters that are available from WOW! because they are stunning....

This card is smaller than a normal size card as I made it using a brand new notecard sized die from Catherine Pooler, such a fun size to create with!!

To do the beautiful leaves I used a couple pieces of double sided adhesive that I adhered to cardstock. 

I then removed the protective sheet and covered one in the Sparkles and one in the Earth sparkles. 

Once these were entirely covered I tipped off the excess and burnished it with my fingers to make sure all the glitter was stuck to the adhesive well. These glittered sheets were then what I used to die cut all the leaves!!

The card base was done by die cutting a piece of watercolour cardstock from the notecard layers die and then using some CPD inks (Icing on the cake, Mandarin spice and Sauna) I made an autumn coloured blend into the centre, I then used some Icing on the cake ink mixed with a little water to do some ink splatters...

The centre I wanted to leave lighter so I could add a sentiment of thanks!!

All the leaves were layered onto the notecard base using foam tape for dimension and finished off with a touch of pretty gold sequins!!

I had so much fun creating this sparkly autumn themed card, I hope you like it...

Global adventure notecard set...!!

 Guess what everyone.....

It's release day for the new "Global adventure" collection at Catherine Pooler Designs!!

I have a notecard set to share with you all today to get you inspired with the gorgeous We fit stamps....(I'm absolutely loving this set so much!!)

To create these I started by die cutting my bases with the notecard layers die cut from some of the across the globe pattern paper....

I also die cut a little matching envelope using the notecard envelope die!!

I stamped the images from the we fit stamp set straight onto CPD premium Cardstock and gave them a fun little splatter of Gansai tambi gold water-colour paint over the top....

To complete them I added a heat embossed sentiment to both using WOW! gold embossing powder on black cardstock that I then fussy cut before adding over the stamped images with foam tape.....

And of course a touch of the new sequin mix park avenue for bling!!

I hope you enjoy these little notecards, they are so fun to make. I will definitely be creating with this size card often....

CPD Global adventure....!!

Hey everyone...

To finish off the card I added some of the beautiful new sequins from the park avenue sequin mix, Oh how I love the CPD sequin mixes, they are always so pretty!!

I'm totally loving this new stamp set, I just know it will be a favourite in my collection....
