magnolia shadow box easel card

Hi crafty friends,
I wanted to attempt to make a shadow box on an easel card...I didnt have a template for the box, so I just had to wing it and see what happened lol....
I have used stamps from the new magnolia collection sweet rainbow and coloured them with copics.

The large flower I made using a spellbinders flower die, I then used the copic abs and sprayed it pink. I layered them all up and joined in the middle with a brad. I mixed up some pink magic mica in a mini mister and sprayed it onto the flower, I then pulled all the pieces into the middle and left to dry.

The dragonflies are magnolia doo hickeys, which I sprayed pink with the abs and put some stickles on them so they would sparkle.

Isn't she a sweetie...?

Off to do some gardening...?

I just love Hugo he is so cute!!

The leaves I punched out with a stampin up punch and the grass was cut from my cricut.

Close up of the large flower I made.

With all my love magnolia text stamp. The pink and white check paper is from the new sweet rainbow paper collection.

I hope you have all enjoyed reading my post and like my newest creation...be sure to come back on wednesday for my mad for markers post and also next week we are having a blog hop, sounds like fun!!
