Jingle all the way....!!

Hey everyone....

I thought I would have a play with some super cute
"Mama elephant" products and this is what I come up with...

a fun shaker card with a little scene inside...

I used the "Framed tags" die to create the shaker and the
mountains inside are done with the "Snow capped mountains"...

For the front panel I created a stripe pattern with distress oxide ink using a piece
of post it tape to mask off a stripe and then moving it along as I went.

The gorgeous little reindeer and birdie are from the "Reindeer games" stamp set...
(also used the co-ordinating dies). I coloured them all up using Copic sketch markers....

Hope you enjoyed seeing my latest card, happy crafting...

Hey friend....!!

Hey everyone....

I thought I would pop in and share a new "Gerda Steiner
card I have made with you....

I used one of the recently released stamp sets called "Foxes" (co-ordinating dies also available), it is such a sweet stamp set!!

The background is all done using distress oxide inks with masks and a cloud stencil....

I coloured up the adorable foxes with Copic markers...
and the little owl is coloured with Altenew markers!!

The grass and the trees are both dies from "Craftin desert divas"

The sentiment is from the same stamp set, white I heat embossed with
white embossing powder.

I had fun creating this scene, I hope you like it!!

Thankful....!!

Evening everyone...

Its time for a new challenge at "Create a smile stamps"...
Our challenge theme this fortnight is "it's fall"!!

I masked off a rectangle on my card panel and used distress oxide inks
in some fall colours to create a pop of colour to add my main image onto...

I heat embossed the sentiment and some fall leaves using WOW embossing powders...

A touch of sequins finished off the card!!

I hope you will come over to the challenge blog and join us in this fortnights challenge...
There is always a fabulous prize of a voucher to the CAS store
up for grabs for the lucky winner!!

Happy crafting, Hugz Ashlee

Wave that wand....!!

Hey everyone...

It's time for a creative challenge card to inspire you with some
"Craftin desert divas" goodies... the theme is florals and fairytales!!

This sweet fairy is from one of the latest stamp sets released called "Holiday fairies"...
Its a great set with a variety of holiday theme fairies in the one set!!

I used the stencil "hearts galore" and inked it with some distress oxide inks on a die cut from the "torn paper" dies set.

The image I coloured up with my fave colouring medium Copic.

I hope you have enjoyed my card and I inspired you to join in our theme!!
Till next post, Hugz Ashlee

Pure poppies....!!

Hey everyone....

This weekend at "Create a smile stamps" there is an awesome special on....
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE....
Yep you read that right WORLDWIDE!!!!

How cool is that??!!

I thought I would pop in and give you some inspiration with one of the
newest CAS sets called "Pure poppies"....
I received it just the other day and I had to ink it up straight away, its so beautiful!!

I was inspired by a card I seen recently by Nina Marie using embossing powder on dark cardstock and colouring with pencils, I thought this stamp set would be perfect to try that technique with!!

Heres my take on the technique....

I stamped the image on black cardstock using versamark ink and heat embossed with WOW Midnight dream embossing powder.

I then coloured them all with prismacolor pencils and fussy cut them out.

The background was done using the "diagonal grid" stencil from CAS
with distress oxide inks.

Thanks for stopping by, and dont forget that awesome deal at
"Create a smile stamps" this weekend only!!

"Gerda Steiner Designs" called "Santa & Kitten"...

it's being released very soon, so keep an eye out for it because it is super duper cute and Im sure you will need it in your crafty stash!!

The background of the card was done using the Altenew cube builder
stencil with distress oxide ink...
Just love this stencil, it creates such a fun effect!!

I added a glittery white hill and house scene in the background using a couple of
Craftin Desert Divas dies...

The Santa & Kitten image is all coloured with Copic markers...
I made a speed colouring video for you to see the process which I will attach below!!

I hope you have enjoyed my latest card and my first ever colouring video!!
