copic inks..

Hi everyone,
Im here with another little project I've made for our current challenge at Mad for Markers which is anything but a card.
I decided I would have a play with the ink refills for copics on some photo paper.
colours used were C1,C3,RV21 and RV20.

Here is the finished project all framed up..

After I finished the background with the inks I stamped some Tim Holtz images using
Archival Black.

Thanks for stopping by and remember to go check out what the rest of the M4M DT has to show you... www.madformarkerchallenges.blogspot.com

First go with my distress ink markers..

Im back again...
I have a card to show you that I made using my new distress ink markers from Ranger!!
I was so excited to receive my set last week so now the learning begins...hehe

I coloured directly onto the stamp from Tim holtz and then stamped it three times using the same ink I put on it the first time I stamped, so you can get an excellent amount of stamped images out of one lot of colour application with these markers!!

I used a water brush on the butterfly to get the colour to spread out into the wings..

Then added a nice sentiment using archival black ink.

Rose ribbon is coloured using some frayed burlap distress ink.

Alcohol inks experiment..

Hi everyone,
I recently got some adirondack alcohol inks in at the shop and I thought I would have a bit of an experiment with them to see what I could come up with.
I used a fair few different colours and also some pearl and silver mixatives.

Here is the card..

Heart stamp is from Tim Holtz which was stamped using black archival ink.
I added some rock candy crackle paint to the heart,
the cracks from this paint look so cool!!

Have a nice week everyone!!

u rock !!

Hey guys and gals..
I made a card today using a couple Magnolia stamps...two different size stars, think they were from the winner takes all collection (got them in one of my stampclubs!!)
I stamped them using some distress ink from Ranger, shabby shutters...

This is a different sort of card to what I usually make with my Maggie stamps, so here it is...

I thought I would enter this card into the TOMIC http://officialmagnoliainspirationchallenge.blogspot.com.au/

Hope you all enjoyed my little post,

Tim Holtz Grunge B

Hi fellow crafters

I have been having a play around with some Tim Holtz products lately...just experimenting with bits and pieces to see what I can come up with !!

Here is a card I done yesterday...

I used my distress ink pads to create the crinkled looking background and then stamped a couple tim holtz stamps over the top...

I added some rock candy crackle paint over the THANKS sentiment..

and some rock candy stickles over the numbers and butterfly...

The scrunchy ribbon along the bottom is also from the Tim holtz product range, it was white but I coloured it with some frayed burlap ink!

What do you think?

New challenge @ M4M

Hi everyone,
We have just started a new challenge over at Mad for Markers and this time we would like to see you use your copics in an off the page project..

I have done up a candle using a Tim holtz butterfly stamp.
I stamped and coloured the image onto some tissue paper and then coloured the image with my Copics, I then wrapped the picture around a blank candle and used my heat gun to set the image into the candle wax...added some ribbon and kindy glitz and.... wallaahh

Here it is...

Come and join us in this fun challenge...we want to see what you decorate using your Copics!!
